These Terms govern your use of forPEACE, a service for pledging hours of prayer for peace and seeing who is praying at any moment.
Who may use the service
Anyone may take part. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, ask a parent or guardian before creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
What the service does and does not promise
forPEACE records the hours people pledge and sends reminders on a best-effort basis. Push delivery depends on your device, your browser, and the push service they use, none of which we control. A missed reminder is not a failure of your commitment, and the service makes no guarantee that any particular hour will be covered by anyone.
Your content and conduct
Your display name is shown publicly while you are praying and in the invitations others receive, so choose a name you are willing to publish. Do not use the service to harass anyone, to impersonate another person, to advertise, or to publish unlawful content in your display name. We may suspend or remove an account that does.
No fees
The service is provided free of charge. There are no payments, subscriptions, or donations inside the app.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We will try to give notice of significant changes, but we may act immediately where security, legality, or reliability requires it.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed or undelivered notification.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account through Support. We may terminate or suspend access if these Terms are breached or if required by law.
