Who may use the service

Anyone may take part. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, ask a parent or guardian before creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

What the service does and does not promise

forPEACE records the hours people pledge and sends reminders on a best-effort basis. Push delivery depends on your device, your browser, and the push service they use, none of which we control. A missed reminder is not a failure of your commitment, and the service makes no guarantee that any particular hour will be covered by anyone.

Your content and conduct

Your display name is shown publicly while you are praying and in the invitations others receive, so choose a name you are willing to publish. Do not use the service to harass anyone, to impersonate another person, to advertise, or to publish unlawful content in your display name. We may suspend or remove an account that does.

No fees, and voluntary donations

The service is free. There is no subscription, no paid tier, and nothing in the app costs money. It stays that way.

You may, if you wish, give a one-off donation of an amount you choose. A donation unlocks nothing. It adds no feature, no badge, and no place in any list; it does not change how the watch treats you or how you appear to anyone; and nobody who gives is shown differently anywhere in the app. It is a gift, not a purchase, and nothing is supplied in return for it. The service itself is never told who gave, or that anyone did.

Donations are collected through Easytools sp. z o.o., al. Rzeczypospolitej 10/46, 02-972 Warszawa, KRS 0001002028, NIP 9512554309, which handles the checkout and the payment in our name and on our behalf, with card payments processed by Stripe. Their terms apply to the payment itself, and any receipt comes from them.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We will try to give notice of significant changes, but we may act immediately where security, legality, or reliability requires it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed or undelivered notification.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time. Settings has a Delete my account button that removes your account, your schedule and your prayer history immediately, without asking anyone. We may terminate or suspend access if these Terms are breached or if required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live that cannot be limited by agreement, including your right to bring a case before the courts of that country.
