My reminder did not arrive
Check that push notifications are enabled in Settings and that the browser has permission. On iPhone, notifications only work once the app has been added to the Home Screen. Reminders are sent on a five-minute cycle, so one may arrive a few minutes later than the lead time you chose.
I am getting too many invitations
Settings has a daily limit for invitations to join other people, and setting it to zero stops them entirely while leaving your own reminders untouched.
My hours are at the wrong time
Each pledged hour keeps the time zone it was created in, so travelling does not move it. If you have moved for good, remove the entries and add them again from your new location.
Delete my account
Email us from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We remove the account, your schedule, and your prayer history, and your city stops being counted on the map.
